FAQS
Does getting lash extensions hurt?
-NO. Lash extensions should never hurt or cause any sort of pain/discomfort during and after the service is complete.

Will lash extensions ruin my lashes?
- NO. Extensions will not harm your natural lashes if they are applied correctly. When the natural lash is isolated properly and 1 extension is applied there will be no tugging or pulling of other natural lashes.

How long does a service last?
- Service time varies. Everyone has a different amount of lashes per eye as well as different shapes however, typical appointment time is between 1H 15Min - 2H 15MIN.

How often do I need to come in for refills?
- Every 2-3 weeks. A true refill is when 50% of lashes are still remaining, anything less is considered a full set.

Can I go swimming in my lashes?
- Yes you can continue to swim, exercise and be physical without harming your lashes.

How do I know which lashes are best for me?
- During your consultation your tech will discuss what look you are hoping to achieve and what is safest for your lashes to hold.

Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
- Makeup is acceptable to wear with extensions, however waterproof makeup is not recommended. Mascara is a HUGE no-no with extensions, it causes build up at the base of lashes ( which can also create bacteria) and added pulling and tugging to lashes during removal.

How do I clean my lashes?
- You will need OIL FREE makeup remover and a soft brush (You can use a clean eye-shadow brush). Dispense the oil free makeup remover into your palm or cap, coat your brush with remover and gently brush your eyelid in small circles. Next brush downwards on your lashes and then side to side to get in between every lash. Rinse with water and PAT dry with a soft cloth or paper towel. Wait for lashes to dry before brushing.
